FAQ
What is your age policy?
Under 16s are welcome until 6:30PM.
7:00 PM – 9:00 PM, over 16s are welcome when accompanied by an adult.
After 9:00 PM, Charlotte’s becomes restricted to customers aged 18 and above.
Charlotte’s bar staff reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals who cannot provide valid identification or who do not comply with the age restriction policy.
This age policy has been established to ensure a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all our guests.
Are you dog friendly?
We allow well-behaved dogs in our cosy outdoor seating area, however please note, to ensure the comfort of all our guests, we do not permit dogs inside.
What is your booking policy?
We will hold your table for 15 minutes, so please do notify us via email if you’re running late. Please note our outdoor tables are not available for booking, these operate on a first come first-served basis.
