Please also use this form for any inquiries regarding larger parties and for special events to explore suitable options.

Please note our outdoor tables are not available for booking, these operate on a first come first-served basis.

Kindly be advised that your booking will only be considered confirmed once it has been verified by our teamwe will endeavour to reply within 48 hours during busy times.

Table reservations will be held for 15 minutes, so please do notify us via email if you’re running late.

We are an eight minute walk from Tunbridge Wells Station, and there are parking meter bays in the surrounding areas.

Age Policy:

Under 16s are welcome until 6:30PM.

7:00 PM – 9:00 PM, over 16s are welcome when accompanied by an adult.

After 9:00 PM, Charlotte’s becomes restricted to customers aged 18 and above.

Charlotte’s bar staff reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals who cannot provide valid identification or who do not comply with the age restriction policy.

This age policy has been established to ensure a safe and pleasant atmosphere for all our guests.

Challenge 25 Policy:

Our Challenge 25 policy aims to promote responsible alcohol consumption and age verification. If you appear to be under the age of 25, our staff will request valid photo identification to confirm your age before serving alcohol.

Accessibility:

Please kindly note that, due to the historical significance of our Grade II listed building, we regret to inform you that we do not have disabled toilet access available. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Dog Policy:

We allow well-behaved dogs in our outdoor seating area, however please note that, to ensure the comfort of all our guests, we do not permit dogs inside.

We are committed to providing a respectful and positive environment for everyone, including our staff members. Abusive behaviour, including verbal or physical harassment, threats, or any form of disrespect towards our staff, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Any incidents of abusive behaviour will be taken seriously, and appropriate action will be taken, which may include refusing service and requesting the individual to leave the premises.
